If the services of Party In A Box are cancelled after the 50% of package or up to $50 booking deposit is made and is outside of thirty (30) days from delivery date, client will receive a refund of $25 of paid deposit.
- If the services of Party In A Box are cancelled after the 50% of package or up to $50 booking deposit is made and is inside of thirty (30) days from delivery date, client will not receive a refund of paid deposit.
- Party In A Box will accept cash, money order and/or cashier check as well as credit card via PayPal.
- If a client needs to decrease the original number of guests, please do so no later than a week before delivery date. If decreased within a week of delivery, client will be charged original number.
- If, at any time, a client is unhappy with something that they have received, please notify Party In A Box immediately. Everything will be done to insure satisfaction is met and problem is resolved quickly.
- Please let Party In A Box know if any guests that will be attending have a food allergy. Party In A Box cannot accept responsibility for failure to notify.
- Party In A Box has the right to substitute items in goody bags if necessary with similar value and style.
- Each client will be added to a database solely for Party In A Box purposes. This information will only be used to contact a client with upcoming promotions. Should a client wish to not be contacted, please let Party In A Box know, and you will be taken off database.
