HOW TO BOOK A PARTY

Step One: Contact Party In A Box by phone, email or through the Party In A Box website. Please include your name, estimated date and theme of party as well as where you can be reached.

Step Two: You will be contacted to set up a party consultation within two business days of request.

Step Three: Details will be confirmed and a party proposal will be completed and sent to you. Please note that the suggested time to place an order is two months before party.

Step Four: Once proposal is signed off, Party In A Box will collect 50% of package (up to $50) booking deposit that will be applied to your order. This may be done via PayPal or through the mail and must be done within 10 business days of sign off. If monies are not received within 10 business days, party cannot be confirmed and your party will not be started.

Step Five: Once monies are received, you will be sent a confirmation email stating delivery date and theme details previously discussed. It is at this time that changes need to be made! Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the planning and delivery of your Party In A Box.

Step Six: Your unique party is planned and created just for you. Invitations will be delivered to you two weeks prior to party date unless specified for Party In A Box to handle mailing.

Step Seven: Your Party In A Box custom party is delivered to you. All unpaid balances must be paid at this time. Party In A Box will not deliver or ship items with an outstanding balance on account.
